Billet Aluminum Studebaker Blocks 

This is still in the design stages and production will depend on how many poeple are interested. 

We are in the process of producing aluminum blocks out of billets.  The bore will be at least 4" and possibly made for Chevy oil pans.  We want to improve on the Studebaker design by giving it a larger bore, adding 4 bolt main caps, and using some sort of Chevrolet or brand X oil pan. Maybe we can adapt a brand-X bellhousing aswell so there are more choices out there from transmission conversions. We would like to get feedback from you on what other upgrades you may want. Please send us your feedback via our contacts page form or email us.  Again, we are not trying to change so many things that it does not look like a Studebaker block anymore.  We are just trying to enhance performance and upgradability. Also, the factory heads would work on the block.

4340 Forged Steel Connecting Rods (exclusive product)

We offer 4340 forged steel connecting rods made by Howards.  These rods are 6.625" center to center length just as the factory rods.  They feature 0.875" bronze bushed wrist pin bore, 2" Chevy bearing provision, and ARP 2000 connecting rod bolts.  These features offer a full floating wrist pin setup so spiral locks or C-clips have to be used in the pistons.  This eliminates the hole on the wrist pin side for the "pinch bolt" and frees up reciprocating mass.  The Chevy bearings offer higher performance and durability than the Studebaker rod bearings.  The ARP rod bolts assure and heavy and solid torque specification.  The connecting rods are capable up to 1200 horspower!

Roller Camshafts (exclusive product)

These will be available by the 3rd week of January 2008.

We have direct bolt in roller camshafts.  We can supply you with roller cam blanks so that you can have them ground to your specifications or we can do that for you.  We supply big block Mopar lifters which are direct fitment from Competition Cams, once your valley plate ridges are ground out to make room for the taller lifters.

Racing Dampers (exclusive product)

We offer ATI racing dampers!  These use big block Chevy dampers with a custom built Studebaker hub.  Your timing cover has to be modifed since the overall diameter is larger than factory and also because the damper sits further back on the crankshaft.  This is a great piece for all the racers out there.
